Booking & Rental Conditions

Yes. Our vehicles are available for a minimum rental period of 4 days.

You can book online. After confirming your reservation, we will provide all documents and terms & conditions so you can complete the process from the comfort of your home.

Very simple. Inside the airport terminal you will see our sign “Accessible Rent-A-Car” inside the arrivals area. Within 5 minutes, you’ll be ready to drive away.

Accessibility & Adaptations

Very easy. Our staff will guide you step by step, showing you how the wheelchair lift or ramp, and safety equipment work to ensure you feel confident and comfortable.

Yes. Your badge will be required to park in designated accessible spaces.

Travel & Driving Rules

Yes. You may travel freely within Portugal and cross into Spain. A cost of €150 applies to drive our vehicles in Spain.

Our vehicles are equipped with an electronic toll system. A deposit will be held and adjusted according to the tolls used, with the balance refunded.

Within 30 working days.

Yes. Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, a refueling fee of €50 will apply in addition to the cost of the missing fuel.

Pick-Up & Delivery Options

No. We can deliver your vehicle directly to your hotel, cruise terminal, or any city in Portugal. Additional fees may apply.

We can suggest a free parking place just 5 minutes from the airport.

Other Services

Yes, we are pet-friendly. However, if the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition, a €150 cleaning fee will be applied.

Yes. We offer chauffeur services for one or more days, ideal if you prefer not to drive in certain locations.
